Cornerstone Accommodators, Inc. (referred to as “CAI”) has just announced their new service. CAI will act as a transaction coordinator on behalf of the Listing Broker/Agent and Seller and will coordinate with the Short Sale lenders to make your transaction as smooth as possible.

This service shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following:
  Obtaining short sale lender package for sellers completion
  Order listing preliminary title report
  Prepare estimated closing statement
  Order comparables for area
  Submit seller’s completed short sale package with required documentation to lender
  Submit accepted offers to short sale lender
  Coordinate and forward information between short sale lender and listing agent
  Obtain required documentation from underlying lenders and/or lien holders
